Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Admissions Counselor role located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing expert advice on study abroad opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Core responsibilities include conducting consultations, counseling students on program options, understanding their career goals, and maintaining relationships with potential applicants. The role also involves meeting key sales and enrollment targets while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in communication with the ability to guide and advise students effectively
• Min 2 years Experience in Edtech sales and achieving enrollment or target-based goals
• Familiarity with the education or study abroad sector is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment
• Strong Communication skills in English (Gujarati is a plus)
