The Senior Counsellor is responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing course information, handling walk-ins, managing lead follow-ups, and ensuring successful conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, counselling ability, and a strong understanding of aviation-related courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding aviation and related training programs.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate course information.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure lead conversion.
• Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Assist with documentation, registration, and admission formalities.
• Maintain high professionalism, ethics, and a student-first approach.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets set by management.
• Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Represent the organization during events, seminars, and campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Counsellor or Senior Counsellor (preferably in the education or aviation sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Good computer knowledge—MS Office, CRM, and data entry.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-service driven.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, on-site role at the Kukatpally, Hyderabad office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,131.62 - ₹60,000.00 per month
