Senior Admission Counselor

The Senior Admission Counselor is responsible for leading the student admission process by guiding prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counseling, mentoring, and supporting the admission team to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining excellent relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide prospective students through the admission process.
• Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face counseling sessions.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
• Support and mentor junior admission counselors in achieving team goals.
• Participate in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain records of student interactions and admission status in CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission operations.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of educational programs and admission procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
