Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert counseling and advice to prospective students regarding study opportunities in India & abroad, admission processes, and visa requirements.

2. Assist students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their qualifications, interests, and career goals.

3. Guide students through the entire application process, from initial inquiries to final admissions.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends, university requirements Act as a liaison between students, universities

5. Track and report student progress and feedback to improve services.

6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience: 3-5 years in academic counselling and 1 yr into overseas counselling, campus-based roles, or education sales Programs

2. Qualification - Bachelor's in any stream

3. Exposure: Experience handling both UG and PG programs

4. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is an added advantage

5. Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

6. Personality: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and target-driven
