Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts to join our growing team. The Senior Accounts Administrator will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization in achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Prepare and manage budgets to support organizational goals.
• Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure alignment with projections.
• Tax and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
• GST returns
• Audit Preparation:
• Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Team Collaboration:
• Provide financial insights to the management team for decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
• Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Conducting meetings, reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

• Education: M.com or B.com degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Handled a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
