Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multiple business units.
• Advise the MD/CEO on capital investment, business expansion, and growth opportunities.

2. Accounts & Compliance Oversight

• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, MIS, and client billing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate audits (statutory, internal, client-based) and ensure timely closures.

3. Payroll & Contract Management

• Oversee payroll processes, salary disbursements, and vendor contract compliance.
• Support operations by aligning finance practices with manpower outsourcing and client SLAs.

4. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions to ensure financial stability.
• Liaise with banks/NBFCs for working capital, project financing, and other credit facilities.

5. Risk & Cost Control

• Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive cost control initiatives, vendor audits, and financial discipline across departments.

6. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance & accounts team.
• Establish financial SOPs and instill a culture of accountability and transparency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  or

  MBA in Finance

  .

• 12 - 20 years of experience

  in Finance & Accounts, preferably in

  Facility Management / Manpower Outsourcing / Infrastructure Services

• Prior experience in client billing models, cost center management, and multi-location operations is preferred.
• Solid understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, labor laws, and service contracts.
