As an Account Manager at our established Hospitality & Resort Industry, your role involves maintaining complete books of accounts as per applicable laws. You will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax filings. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for statutory requirements. Your valuable input in providing financial insights to management for decision-making and implementing controls to prevent revenue leakage will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain complete books of accounts in accordance with relevant laws. - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax filings. - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for statutory requirements. - Provide financial insights to aid decision-making. - Implement controls to prevent revenue leakage and optimize costs. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Postgraduation in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter preferred). - Minimum 5 years of accounting and reporting experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, or event-based businesses. - Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting. - Up-to-date knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Income Tax). - Ability to analyze data, prepare financial dashboards, and present insights to management. - Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and integrity.
