Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire accounting and finance function of the organization. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. Manage statutory compliance and ensure timely filing of all returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Supervise accounts receivable/payable, banking operations, and reconciliations. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization. Lead interactions with external auditors and manage internal audit processes. Oversee real estate project costing and profitability analysis. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Supervise and mentor the accounting team. Handle investor relations and financial reporting requirements. Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal working capital management. Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory requirements (RERA).

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role. Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements. In-depth knowledge of taxation and real estate finances.
