Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for finalizing year-end accounts and handling multiple companies, particularly within the hotel/hospitality sector. Your key role will involve liaising with auditors to ensure the efficient finalization of year-end accounts, as well as maintaining strong relationships with bank officials. Additionally, you will manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and loan negotiations. Your support in cost management, collections improvement, and monitoring expenses against the approved budget will be crucial. You will oversee the month-end book close process, including management accounts and balance sheet schedules, while also driving reconciliations and issue resolutions with the accounting and business teams. Key Responsibilities: - Finalize year-end accounts for multiple companies - Liaise with auditors for efficient finalization of accounts - Manage cash flow forecasting and analysis in collaboration with stakeholders - Maintain banking relationships, negotiate loans, and merchant services - Support finance leadership in cost management, collections improvement, and expense monitoring - Oversee month-end book close process, including management accounts and balance sheet schedules - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls - Drive timely reconciliations, recoveries, and issue resolutions with accounting and business teams Qualifications Required: - 10 years of total work experience, preferably in a similar role - Background in hotel/hospitality sector is preferred - Strong ability to liaise with bank officials and auditors - Proficiency in cash flow analysis and forecasting - Knowledge of financial management, cost control, and budget monitoring Additional Company Details (if applicable): The company is located in Manjakuppam, Cuddalore - 607001, Tamil Nadu, and the work is expected to be conducted in person.
