Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Enter and maintain all accounting transactions (sales, purchase, journal entries, credit/debit notes) in
Tally ERP
.
Verification and posting of transporter bills, purchase bills, and expense vouchers in Tally.
Maintain and reconcile
vendor ledgers, sundry creditors, and debtors
using Tally.
Prepare and update
inflow/outflow sheets, stock inward/outward reports
from Tally data and Google Sheets.
Maintain delivery challans, supporting documents, and ensure proper record filing.
Handle
bank reconciliation
and update all bank-related transactions in Tally.
Track vendor payments, outstanding reports, and ensure timely settlements through Tally.
Generate MIS reports, ledger reports, and other accounting statements from Tally.
Coordinate with plants and transporters for invoice/billing requirements.
Maintain proper segregation of purchase and sales files, aligned with Tally entries.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updating of all accounts-related records.
Maintain Petty Cash Ledger in Tally & Excel

Key Skills Required

Expertise in Tally ERP (mandatory).
Good knowledge of accounting principles, ledger management, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in
Google Sheets
& Ms office for report preparation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate across departments and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelors / Master’s degree in
Commerce, Finance, or related field
