We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility in Panchkula, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the manufacturing industry, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset.
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Salary - 30,000 to 40,000 Per Month Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform account strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
