Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in monitoring daily financial activities such as invoicing, payments, and payroll.
Prepare and verify vouchers (cash/bank) and ensure proper TDS deductions and documentation.
Support in preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and monthly statutory reports.
Maintain sales registers, purchase records, and supporting documents for tax compliance.
Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and inter-branch accounts.
Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and banks as directed by the Account Manager.
Prepare monthly and annual financial summaries and assist in management reporting.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure departmental efficiency.
