Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting for clients, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and Income Tax returns.
• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance assignments.
• Prepare and review management reports, MIS, and financial analysis for clients.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, query resolution, and compliance support.
• Supervise junior team members, review their work, and provide necessary guidance.
• Maintain documentation and working papers as per firm and audit standards.
• Stay updated with amendments in taxation, accounting, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, compliance, or audit

  (Experience in CA firm is mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS provisions.
• Hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally ERP, Busy, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Team player with the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
