Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience in Odoo ERP to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. The role requires hands-on expertise in book finalization, GST, Income Tax, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting in Odoo ERP
• Monitor cash flow and fund planning
• Finalization of books of accounts (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle GST compliance – returns, reconciliations, audits, and assessments
• Manage Income Tax computations, returns, and assessments
• Compliance for PF, PT, ESI, TDS
• Support Internal Audit and statutory audits
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
• Handle project accounting, cost tracking, and analysis
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Inventory Accounting in Odoo

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / CMA (Preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP
• Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, PF, PT
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palghar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
