Senior Accountant

Location:

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Tally Software Management:
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports in Tally.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage vendor and client billing, payments, and collections.
Invoicing:
Create, review, and dispatch invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
Client & Vendor Management:
Handle queries, reconcile accounts, and maintain strong business relationships.
Payroll Management:
Process salaries, deductions, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Audit & Financial Reporting:
Support statutory audits, assist CA, and prepare financial statements.
Tax & Compliance:
Manage GST, TDS, and other taxation-related activities.
Financial Reports:
Prepare periodic MIS and financial summaries for management review.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
.
Knowledge of
Accounts Payable / Receivable
processes.
Experience in
Payroll Management
and
Statutory Compliance
.
Familiarity with
GST, TDS, and Audit coordination
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel / MS Office
.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
.
2 3 years
of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
