Senior Accountant

Specific Skills Required

• Costing & Inventory:
• Knowledge of raw material costing, WIP, and finished goods inventory
• Familiarity with job work, consumption reports, and BOM-based accounting

• GST & Compliance:
• Hands-on experience in GST filing, input credit management, e-invoicing, and TDS returns
• Knowledge of labour compliances and ESI/PF filings is a plus
• Software Knowledge:
• Tally Prime
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)

• Factory Accounts Management:
• Handling factory-level petty cash, monthly closures, and audit preparation
• Familiarity with branch transfer, inter-plant entries, and manufacturing journal entries

Soft Skills & Managerial Abilities

• Team handling experience (junior accountants, store accountants)
• Good communication with auditors, vendors, and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• A/R Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 7 years (Preferred)
