Position Summary

Looking for skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to take a lead role in managing our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proven track record of handling complex financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Assist with tax filings and external audits.
• Follow-up and handle compliances of : GST, TDS, ROC etc.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Experience with a high-growth company or startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
