Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:1. Month and end-year process2. Accounts payable/receivable3. Cash and Bank Books4. General ledger5. Payroll and utilities6. Statutory Compliance work: - GST 1, GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 3B, GSTR 97. TDS, ESI and PF8. Organized maintenance of accounts9. Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements10. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles11. Coordinate and complete annual audits12. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions13. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions14. Payment-related activities - Sundry debtors and Sundry Creditors15. Financial Year closing activities16. Storage of Documents and maintenance of files.
