Job Description

Tax invoice and Performa invoice and taxation filling. Bank reconciliation statement. Online return pay. Capturing declaration from employees and doing tax calculations, getting report from ESI, Generating pay slips. Implementation financial policies and procedures. Statement of Account and maintaining account health. Prepare fund balance projection. Effectively maintaining of petty cash. Developing business plans and strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation. Receive and process petty cash payments, balance cash and prepare bank deposits, manage petty cash fund and handle disbursement. Day to day transaction validation. Assist with preparation of budget
