About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the day to day accounting functions of our real estate operations. You will work closely with and under the guidance of our Chartered Accountant, ensuring accuracy in financial records, compliance with regulations and efficient handling of property and project related accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for property sales, leases and real estate development projects

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate settlements

• Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Track budgets, cash flows and profitability for multiple projects

• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decisions

• Coordinate with auditors, banks and external stakeholders

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff in daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Proven experience as a senior or lead accountant, preferably in the real estate or construction sector

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, RERA compliance and property transaction accounting

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
