About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in core accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing GST filings, MIS reporting, fund flow planning, and statutory compliance, while also leading and mentoring a small finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely GST filings and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Manage daily cash flow and fund flow planning with effective forecasting.
• Maintain precise accounting records, including reconciliations with banks, vendors, and customers.
• Prepare financial statements and support internal and external audit processes.
• Handle direct and indirect tax matters and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
• Guide, supervise, and support junior accountants to ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in core accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, statutory compliance, and fund management.
• Proven expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Leadership skills with experience in managing a small finance team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
