Job Summary

P2 Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Accountant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and Tally, and capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis using Tally (ERP)
Handle GST compliance:
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
GST reconciliation and resolving mismatches
Manage TDS compliance:
Calculation and deduction of TDS
Filing of TDS returns
Generation and issuance of Form 16/16A
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Assist in year-end closing, audits, and finalization of accounts
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance
Support management with financial data and reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of:
GST & TDS
Bank Reconciliation
Tally ERP
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of basic Income Tax provisions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,875.67 - ₹35,928.39 per month
