Role Overview

We are looking for a Female Sales Coordinator who will handle backend sales operations, lead management, quotation preparation, client follow-up, and documentation.
This is a non-field, office-based role supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile daily lead lists and distribute them to the sales team for follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents as required.
• Handle payment follow-ups with clients in coordination with the sales team.
• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for all sales-related documents.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and conferences for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients via phone/email for updates, responses, and ongoing opportunities.
• Provide backend sales assistance to executives and management team as needed.
• Enter sales data, metrics, and updates into CRM or internal systems.
• Create and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage urgent order requests and update sales orders or shipping details as needed.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.

Requirements

• Female candidate only, as per company requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Admin / Customer Support preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,921.73 - ₹17,180.78 per month
