Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Head to manage and oversee the financial operations of our Delhi Head Office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance, along with experience in audit, financial reporting, and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities: Finalize Financial Statements for Corporate and Non-Corporate entities in compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory norms. Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Handle Tax Audits under the Income Tax Act, including preparation and filing of tax returns and audit reports. Prepare Auditor’s Reports, Notes to Accounts, and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements under Companies Act, 2013. Prepare documentation and handle registration processes under GST and other tax laws. Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems. Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure timely updates and implementation. Prepare Debtor & Creditor Ageing Reports and deliver insightful MIS reports to support management decision-making. Participate in financial due diligence and audit support for strategic business transactions (e.g., ₹160 Cr private placement in ODM industry). Coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth audit closure and reporting.
