The role involves managing project-wise budgeting, cash flow, GST, TDS, RERA compliance, statutory audits, and financial reporting. You will oversee vendor payments, receivables, MIS reporting, and banking operations while ensuring strong internal controls. The ideal candidate should be a CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of experience in real estate accounting and excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
