About the Company

Royal India Vacation Pvt Ltd. is a leading travel and tourism company committed to delivering premium travel experiences to clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team and ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare, review, and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the travel or service industry.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
