We Are Hiring — Senior Accounts Executive (US Process)
Location: Trichy (On-Site)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in US Accounting (Male Candidate)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end US accounting operations and support our finance team.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates from Trichy or nearby locations are preferred
Key Responsibilities
AR & AP management for US clients
Invoices, vendor payments & payroll processing
Bank reconciliation & general ledger review
Monthly closing & financial reporting
Working on QuickBooks / US accounting tools
Coordination with US clients during overlapping hours
Who Can Apply
Candidates with strong US bookkeeping & QuickBooks expertise
Excellent English communication & reporting skills
