Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing accounting operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with [GAAP/IFRS] standards. - Conduct thorough reconciliations of general ledger accounts, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and provide recommendations. - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements. - Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring timely filing of all tax-related documents. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations. - Mentor and supervise junior accountants to provide guidance on complex accounting issues. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred for this role. - 1 year of experience in accounting, A/R analysis, and total work. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
