Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Client Accounting & Reporting

• Manage books of accounts for multiple clients.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and ensure timely financials finalization.

GST Compliance

• Responsible for timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
• Perform ITC reconciliations with GSTR-2A/2B and resolve mismatches.
• Handle GST refund applications and coordinate with GST officers for disbursement follow-ups.

TDS Compliance

• File quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q) accurately and within due dates.
• Reconcile TDS ledgers and coordinate with clients for deduction-related issues.

Team Management

• Lead and guide a team of 5–6 article associates.
• Review their work and provide training/support as required.

Client Handling

• Act as the point of contact for clients on routine and complex assignments.
• Work independently with minimal supervision from partners.

Tools and Software

• Work extensively with tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure workflow efficiency through software platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Semi qualified CA (CA IPCC) with 4–5 years of post-Article experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS laws.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and compliance filings.
• Proficient in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently with a strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience managing a team or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
