Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Account Assistant to assist our accounting team with financial transactions, data entry, and other accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Tally
2. Bank Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile bank statements with company accounts.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer invoices while ensuring timely collections.
4. Payroll Processing: Assist in processing employee salaries, PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
5. GST & Tax Compliance: Handle GST returns, and TDS calculations, and ensure tax compliance.
6. Coordination: Work closely with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and management to ensure smooth financial operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
