Key Responsibilities: Client Accounting & Reporting Manage books of accounts for multiple clients. Prepare periodic MIS reports and ensure timely financials finalization. GST Compliance Responsible for timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C. Perform ITC reconciliations with GSTR-2A/2B and resolve mismatches. Handle GST refund applications and coordinate with GST officers for disbursement follow-ups. TDS Compliance File quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q) accurately and within due dates. Reconcile TDS ledgers and coordinate with clients for deduction-related issues. Team Management Lead and guide a team of 5–6 article associates. Review their work and provide training/support as required. Client Handling Act as the point of contact for clients on routine and complex assignments. Work independently with minimal supervision from partners. Tools and Software Work extensively with tools such as Tally , Zoho Books , and QuickBooks . Maintain accurate digital records and ensure workflow efficiency through software platforms. Required Qualifications & Skills: Semi qualified CA (CA IPCC) with 4–5 years of post-Article experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS laws. Experience in preparing financial statements and compliance filings. Proficient in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks or similar accounting tools. Ability to manage multiple assignments independently with a strong attention to detail. Prior experience managing a team or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.
