We are seeking an experienced Factory Accountant to handle day-to-day accounts and financial operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Excel, E-way Bill, and E-invoicing, with strong knowledge of factory accounting and cost management.

Responsibilities

Manage and record all accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and maintain compliance.
Generate and manage E-way Bills and E-invoices as per GST regulations.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inventory ledgers.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
Assist in costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment).
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and GST compliance.
Working knowledge of E-way Bill and E-invoicing portals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
