Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Accountant to handle day-to-day accounts and financial operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Excel, E-way Bill, and E-invoicing, with strong knowledge of factory accounting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record all accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and maintain compliance.
• Generate and manage E-way Bills and E-invoices as per GST regulations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inventory ledgers.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
• Assist in costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and GST compliance.
• Working knowledge of E-way Bill and E-invoicing portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
