Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing all the company’s accounting operations, compliance, reporting, and financial controls. The role involves end-to-end ownership of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors and management. The ideal candidate should have significant experience, a hands-on attitude, and be comfortable working independently to oversee every aspect of company accounts

• Prepare and file accurate GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and ensure timely compliance with all GST provisions.​
• Maintain detailed records and manage reconciliation for GST input tax credit, supporting documents, and compliance audits.​
• Handle all aspects of TDS compliance, including computation, deduction, payment, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.​
• Oversee statutory Income Tax filings, payment of advance tax, record maintenance, and preparation of required financial statements for returns.​
• Manage all bank-related operations, including preparation and submission of Electronic Bank Realization Certificates (EBRC), coordination with bankers, and documentation for export/import transactions.​
• Ensure timely submission of financial and statutory documents to banks for loan, audit, and regulatory purposes.​
• Perform regular bank reconciliation, maintain accurate daily ledger entries for all banking transactions, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.​
• Support audits and ensure all statutory compliances are met with respect to GST, TDS, income tax, and banking operations.​
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and banking regulations, proactively implementing process improvements to maintain compliance.​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• EBRC Filling in Bank : 2 years (Preferred)
• GST Filling : 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
