Senior Accountant

Role Summary:
Senior Accountant will be responsible for executing day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and statutory requirements. This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals with around 3 years of experience in payment processing and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and statutory dues (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).- Verify invoices, approvals, and supporting documents before initiating payments.- Upload payment files to banking portals and confirm execution.- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime).- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve mismatches.- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment clarifications.- Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory obligations.- Assist in month-end closing and provide payment-related reports.- Support audit processes with required documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Fields.- Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally Prime preferred) and online banking platforms.- Working knowledge of statutory compliance (TDS, GST).- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to banking plugins or automation tools.- Familiarity with document attachment and bill upload features in ERP.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
