Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts,
  • Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions  Preparation of costing sheet and other MIS
  • Monitor all the records & files in a proper manner
  • Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
  • Prepare monthly GST and TDS Data and file return
  • Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Record and maintain stock on a daily basis
  • Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
