Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Accounts Executive at lms.net located in Sector 136, Noida, you will play a crucial role in the Finance & Accounts department. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial statements preparation, and statutory audits. - Ensuring accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and international accounting standards. - Reviewing and monitoring bank reconciliations, fund flow, and international remittances. - Managing budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis. - Liaising with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory and internal audits. - Implementing process improvements and strengthening internal financial controls. - Guiding and mentoring junior accounting staff in daily operations and compliance. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other ERP/accounting tools. - Strong expertise in taxation, international accounting, and financial compliance. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under deadlines.
