Senior Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their goals, providing strategic guidance, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.


Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creator acquisition, pricing, operations) for seamless coordination.


Briefing & Strategy Alignment:

  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Ensure influencer shortlists, content, and strategies align with brand objectives.


Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track key campaign metrics and provide insightful performance reports and recommendations.
  • Present results to clients with actionable next steps.
