Senior Account Manager

As an experienced accounting professional, your role will involve overseeing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports, management reports, VAT/Tax related reports, and client deliverables. Collaboration with the tax team to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control policies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your duties will also include coordinating with external and internal auditors on audit assignments, facilitating documentation, vouching, reconciliations, and maintaining audit-ready bookkeeping. Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of accountants/bookkeeping staff will be essential, including task distribution and performance monitoring. You will be expected to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Being the primary point of contact for key clients regarding accounting/bookkeeping-related queries, your role will involve maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services. Your professional academic certification as a CA, CMA, CA Inter, or CMA Inter, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping/accounting management roles, will be crucial. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/spreadsheet handling skills are also required for this full-time position.
