Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Manesar. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, overseeing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and acting as a main point of contact between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with various departments to meet client needs, and developing strategies to grow account value and client retention.

• Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
• Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
