Senior Account Executive/client Servicing

Role Overview

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a fast-paced digital marketing agency that delivers end-to-end solutions across branding, content, design, social media, paid media, and influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities

· Take full ownership of monthly deliverables and ensure timely closures.

· Conduct regular client meetings (online & in-person) to maintain relationships and drive approvals.

· Develop strategic campaigns aligned with client goals across short, mid, and long-term horizons.

· Monitor industry and competitor trends to propose innovative, value-driven ideas.

· Prepare performance reports, share insights, and lead internal discussions for planning.

· Independently pitch, secure approvals, and execute campaigns across multiple clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet targets and manage escalations.

· Lead team meetings focused on deliverables, timelines, and progress tracking.

· Understand and manage invoicing, billing, contracts, and scope of work.

· Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within client portfolios.

· Manage inter-departmental approvals and ensure timely delivery of retainer tasks.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
