Senior Account Executive

Role Overview: As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial and accounting tasks. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing petty cash, handling accounts receivable, bank operations, and contributing to process improvements. You will play a key role in supporting management with accurate MIS reporting and internal control processes. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Excel is essential for tasks like maintaining general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial records. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is required for timely calculation, deduction, and deposit of taxes. - Invoice generation, petty cash management, vendor invoice verification, and accounts receivable duties are crucial for maintaining financial accuracy. - Bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and liaising with banks for routine transactions are part of the treasury operations responsibilities. - Assisting in audits, suggesting process improvements, and preparing import/export documentation are additional tasks that you will handle.
