About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Maintain and update accounting records and documentation
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting needs

Qualifications

• M.com or MBA in Finance, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices (e.g., manufacturing, services)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,080.83 - ₹28,315.12 per month
