We are hiring Senior Accounts Executive
Experience-2+ years
Location - Ahmedabad (work from office)
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform bank reconciliations on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Prepare and file TDS returns as per government deadlines and guidelines
· File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank sheets and ledgers
· Assist in accounting entries and voucher preparation in Tally or other accounting software
· Coordinate with clients for required documentation and follow-ups
· Support audit and internal financial review processes
· Ensure proper documentation and record keeping as per compliance norms
Requirements:
· Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a CA firm)
· Proficiency in bank reconciliation, GST & TDS return filing
· Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
· Familiar with basic compliance timelines and procedures
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Strong communication and coordination skills
(Eway bills, tally,bank reconcialliation, purchace invoice)
