Senior Account Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for billing management, job and estimate creation, client creation & compliance checks, 3rd-party resource onboarding, timesheet management, and providing monthly closing support. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time, while coordinating with business teams to ensure billing alignment with approved scope and deliverables. - Set up jobs and estimates in the system, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for correct coding and approvals. - Support client onboarding by ensuring receipt of all required documentation and completion of compliance checks. - Handle documentation and system setup for onboarding freelancers, agencies, and other external resources. - Assist in month-end closing activities by ensuring timely booking of costs, reconciliations, and submission of required reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. - Working knowledge of ERP tools (SAP/Oracle preferred) and proficiency in MS Excel. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet tight deadlines. - Good written and verbal communication skills.,
