Senior Account Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client communication and project coordination. Your primary role will involve engaging with clients via chat to understand their project requirements, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination with the in-house editing team for timely project delivery. Tracking project progress, maintaining client relationships, and providing regular updates to the management on client interactions and project status will also be part of your responsibilities.
