Job Description

As a Senior Account Coordinator, your primary role will be to manage client communication and project coordination. You will be responsible for engaging with clients via chat to understand project requirements, offering suitable solutions, and coordinating projects with the internal editing team. Tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships will also be key responsibilities. Your duties will also include providing regular updates to the management on client interactions and project status.
