Position and Responsibilities

Senior Academic/Administrative Leader

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic and Academic Leadership:

○ Drive strategic planning and execution to propel institutional growth.

NAAC, NBA, UGC, and AICTE

○ Oversee all aspects of institutional governance and administration.

● Quality Assurance and Accreditation:

NAAC and NBA

○ Implement and monitor internal quality assurance mechanisms.

○ Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and research.

● Funding and Collaboration:

Secure funding and grants

Establish and strengthen collaborations

Build robust linkages with alumni

● Student-Centric Development:

Support and promote student-centric activities

Provide incubation support

○ Ensure student welfare and discipline, including managing grievances and promoting a positive campus environment.

● Infrastructure and Resource Management:

○ Plan and manage the development of infrastructure and academic resources.

○ Ensure effective utilization of facilities, including the library and laboratories.

○ Oversee financial management and budget preparation.

● Faculty and Staff Management:

○ Nurture and facilitate faculty development through training and professional growth programs.

○ Supervise and guide faculty and staff members in academic and administrative activities.

○ Maintain harmonious relationships with all members of the institution.

● External Relations:

○ Strengthen institute-industry relations and placement activities.

○ Manage liaison activities with government, corporate, and academic bodies.

Eligibility and Application

Educational Qualification:

● Any Bachelor's and Master's degree, along with a Ph.D., are required.
