Senior Academic Counselor

Role Overview: As a Telecaller/Academic Counsellor at our team in Thrissur, you will play a crucial role in guiding students throughout their academic journey, from counselling to final admissions. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to contact potential or existing customers and inform them about products or services. - Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. - Handling inbound calls and responding to inquiries from customers regarding products, services, or complaints. - Maintaining a positive and professional tone during calls. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling customer calls and inquiries. - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Professional, approachable, and confident personality. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively and respond with clarity. - Must be fluent in English and Malayalam.
