Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele callers /Academic counsellors to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer interaction, call handling, and issue resolution via phone communication, Strong background in telephone-based customer support and lead generation and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for guiding students throughout their academic journey, from counselling to final admissions. Key Responsibilities : Making Outbound Calls Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Handling Inbound Calls Respond to inquiries from customers regarding products, services, or complaints. Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 2 Year of relevant Experience in handling customer calls and inquiries * Excellent communication and convincing skills * Professional, approachable, and confident personality * Ability to handle multiple enquiries effectively and respond with clarity * Must be fluent in English and Malayalam Why Join Us? * Attractive incentives based on performance * Supportive team and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Academic counseling: 2 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
