Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele callers /Academic counsellors to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer interaction, call handling, and issue resolution via phone communication, Strong background in telephone-based customer support and lead generation and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for guiding students throughout their academic journey, from counselling to final admissions. Key Responsibilities : Making Outbound Calls Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Handling Inbound Calls Respond to inquiries from customers regarding products, services, or complaints. Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
