Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to identify and qualify leads.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present product/service offerings, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM system to track interactions, prioritize leads, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate candidate is preferable.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in an Educational Sales Background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
